8 juni - Noord-Spanje
We hebben het al eerder gezegd en houden er niet mee op: Spanje is het leukste wijnland. Het is enorm in ontwikkeling. Nog maar een paar jaar geleden associeerden we Spanje met dikke, alcoholische en hout gelagerde wijnen. Die kun je nog steeds wel vinden, maar er is ook veel nieuws onder de horizon.
En dat nieuws, dat willen we graag laten zien in deze proeverij. We focussen ook op Noord-Spanje, dus nee, geen sherry dit keer. Maar wel: het beste van Bierzo, Valdeorras en Monterrei. Met misschien nog een uitstapje naar het oosten.
